**Role Summary:** The role as Principal will cover responsibility for the Advisory Services in the UK region and extending into Europe. This important role is to take the lead in building and establishing the GEHC Partners business as a means of enabling performance partnerships with customers. The business focus is initially on digitization of hospitals and health systems through the command centre initiative, maintaining a significant link with the HCS (Health Care Systems) business to create business. **Essential Responsibilities:** The Principal will create and enhance presence and reputation in on the local market whilst building a team of highly qualified consultants, supporting global peers in developing international markets, building on the unique combination of GE's capabilities and resources. The Principal is also responsible for the following: Manage engagements and client relations, lead the acquisition and development of new clients Lead implementation of strategic business imperatives for clients and the development of partnerships with them Lead and develop senior executive relationships with clients and deliver sustainable value to the clients (primarily healthcare providers) Lead and grow the organization/team through multiple highly-complex, multi-solution consulting and implementation engagements as a recognised expert within the field Lead project planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage project teams; define deliverable structure and content; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage project economics; manage project risk. Participate in internal people development; own the staffing process; staff recruitment; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local office. Serve as the Principal in Charge for engagements to ensure high levels of quality, client- and employee satisfaction. Contribute to GEHC Partners' strategy and business growth in Europe as a senior member of EMEA Leadership Group. Establish perception in the market that our Advisory, Command Centre and Solutions approach is delivering value in Healthcare Grow the team as necessary to continue building the business. The role is entrepreneurial in its core, and the success rate will highly depend on the individual's ability to take ownership and create a path both at the local market as well as internationally. It is an advantage to have experience from building a business as an intra- or entrepreneur, with proven successful growth, successful culture and teams as well as delivered client value. **Qualifications/Requirements:** **Professional experience** The right person is a mature leader with experience in management consulting with both commercial, client value, quality and overall client responsibility in the Healthcare sector, whereof at least 3-5 years will have been in a leadership role. This experience can also be combined with experience from strategic execution roles in a line function. He/she has led change and strategy projects on executive level within large-sized client organizations. **Leadership experience and profile** The role requires seniority with a proactive hands-on attitude. The ideal candidate is an integrator and a collaborator at all levels. He/she has the ability to be self-directed and pose the right questions which move business forward. He/she is highly analytical with excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative analyses into clear messages for the audience. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong intellectual capability, solid domain competence, is results-oriented and wants to help build a high-performance team. The successful candidate is also a strong relationship builder at all levels capable of building rapport with senior executives within the healthcare industry.
