Sellafield Limited has identified the need for project and programme management support to deliver 17 major construction projects across the Sellafield Decommissioning Programme PPP. This is a high profile, nationally significant, multi billion pound project, phase 1 of which will run for the next 20 years. KBR is the Integration Partner responsible for the provision of project management and related services to integrate the delivery of major projects. **Role** The PPP Services Cultural Development Manager (SCDM) will enable PPP Project Cultural Development Leads and PPP Project Leaders to develop and maintain a culture of choice (eg Safety, Collaborative Working, Fit for Purpose, PPP Collaborative Team, Delivery). This support will advance delivery of the project mission whilst ensuring the wellbeing and safety of the project team. The SCDM will facilitate the development of the project culture, embed new ways of working and will enable all parties to take personal responsibility and participate fully. This role will be based in Cumbria with regular visits to Warrington. **Main Responsibilities** Facilitate a clear vision for the desired PPP Services culture and a supporting development plan, aligned to the PPP Services Collaborative Management Plan and its evolution by creating alignment to PPP Services vision, and culture focussing on behaviours, health and safety and delivery and sharing across all stakeholders. Develop guidance for culture change for all parties by creating service relationship dashboards, simple illustrative models, facilitate self-assessment against behavioural competencies, develop relationships across the PPP project to ensure consistent approach and reinforcement. Support the Transformation Director, celebrate successes, provide examples and periodic check ins with teams to keep abreast of concerns and wellbeing, identify and share lessons learned from various sources. Ensure visible leadership and consistent demonstration of the desired culture and evaluate mental health. Embed cultural changes by identifying problems and initiating appropriate corrective actions, ensure working practices are revised and address institutional barriers. Maintain long term cultural changes by supporting leaders with investigations and resolution and taking appropriate action from ATLAS events, anticipate developments that may impact the culture, ensure all staff have understanding of the PPP culture, take the lead on PPP Services culture transition management, ensure compliance with ISO Standard 44001. **Qualifications & Experience** Degree / HND / HNC level, professional qualification in Project Management, Project Controls, Quantity Surveying or Engineering or equivalent experience APM, PMI or Managing Successful Programmes qualification or equivalent Significant relevant experience, preferably in the nuclear or oil & gas industry or other high hazard, highly regulated industry Experience in a managerial role of cultural transformation on a major programme of work Operational management experience, ideally in nuclear power or energy sector Experience of implementing recognised best practice change and cultural transformation programmes Experience of building multi-disciplinary, highly integrated teams and working to secure a highly collaborative programme delivery culture Coaching experience and capability essential British Citizen.
