Technical Business Analyst

Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our London Product Management Team. The Technical Business Analyst will elicit business requirements, research and analyze complex systems and compile findings into formats stakeholders can use, and work with product management, architecture, engineering, and other teams to implement solutions. The Technical Business Analyst will primarily work with the Global Relay Message team establishing business and technical requirements for compliant collaboration and enterprise messaging services. You will be an integral member of the Global Relay Message product management team and will support managing product business requirements and product integration initiatives. You may also be required to participate in various agile meetings. Your Job: + Develop a deep understanding of the business problem, design, and architecture of our platform and hosted services + Work with senior stakeholders to clarify the vision, business value, and technical goals relating to assigned initiatives + Gather and analyze product, financial, and operational data relevant to validate the initiative and move it forward + Document requirements using various tools (gap analysis, user journeys, use case modeling, workflow modeling, conceptual domain modeling, etc.) + Identify key cross service dependencies relevant to the initiative + Identify key business and technical risks relevant to the initiative + Present and communicate findings to various technical and business stakeholders + Define initiative milestones, phases and elements + Support product management, architects, engineering, UI/UX, and other teams throughout the design and execution phases About You: + 3-5 years of experience as a technical business analyst or similar role + Strong requirements analysis, modeling, and documentation skills + Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals + Experience with enterprise grade SaaS solutions + Experience with domain modeling and object-oriented analysis & design (OOAD) + Resourceful, well organized, and strong time management skills + Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies + Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field Global Relay is the leading provider of cloud-based archiving, supervision, eDiscovery, and analytics to the global financial sector.
