Cybersecurity Advisor Overview We?re currently recruiting for a Cybersecurity Advisor (CSA) in our Belfast office. CSAs build the security partnerships with our customers which is at the core of how Cygilant delivers its service. They are actively liaising with internal teams, customer contacts and reviewing and analyzing data to identify ways to improve the experience for our customers. The best candidates show security expertise, excellent relationship building and possess a clear passion for customer advocacy. Primary Responsibilities + Own the overall relationship with assigned clients, with responsibility for ensuring satisfaction, expansion and renewal + Provide onboarding activities including installation of system components and configuration guidance + Operate as a strong internal customer advocate + Actively engage with customers on driving outcomes which reduce their overall cyber risk + Provide technical advice and expertise in relation to cyber security + Analyze data to identify and improve customer experience of value + Work closely with Cygilant sales team to identify and develop up-sell/cross-sell opportunities Required Skills + An excellent communicator in verbal and written formats + Ability to apply technical knowledge, with creative and innovative thinking, in a broad range of complex and non-routine contexts + Build successful working relationships with team members, key customers and stakeholders + Ability to articulate cyber security advice both at a technical and non-technical level, directly to key customer stakeholders + Willingness to be flexible in working hours to accommodate overlaps in US customer time zones Desired Skills and Competencies + Previous experience working with a SIEM + Previous experience with other security detection technologies such as firewalls, IDS or log management (Splunk, etc) + Experience working in a consultancy type business unit + Experience working with team members and customers across multiple time zones Education and Experience + At least 2 years experience in a technical account management role that required strong technical and social abilities + One of the following: + Degree in a relevant technical discipline, OR + Relevant Industry certifications (CISSP, GIAC, CEH, etc.), OR + Commensurate technical industry experience Company Overview At Cygilant we believe that every organization, regardless of size, deserves an enterprise-class cybersecurity program.
