Equities and Securities Services Infrastructure architecture and management team is looking for an Infra Lead with good Project management expertise. Expertise working in major Wall Street firms with experience in front office trading platform is preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** The role will include, but not limited to the following + Will act as Single point of Contact and interface directly with Line of Business development leads, BA/PM leads and Chief of Staff to manage the BOW + Effectively manage day-to-day tasks / activities in coordination with a team of dev leads to meet the deliverables and schedule of a data solution component within a larger application project. + Gather business requirements from Application development teams and partner with other Infra leads/architects to come up with high level design and cost requirements; create Service Now project tickets to track progress and delivery. + Perform due diligence and impact analysis of scope requirement changes and execute change management process to bring infra delivery on track + Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolutions to restore services + Involve all stakeholders in full life cycle of design review, test, deploy, support and proactive analysis. + Lend support to various application teams by organizing infrastructure related scope of work and planning to meet tight deadlines. + Support development community. This includes documenting systems, database and middleware design as well as infrastructure requests, contributing to the delivery and Go Live of application components. + Partner with other infra leads across business departments and the wider Citi technology groups to drive quality across the application on boarding and production stability initiatives. + Govern Tech mandatory initiatives such as EOVS, Tier0, Non-strategic, ECS and PreX management. RAG each project/program and partner with Service Delivery management teams to manage and escalate issues both within App Dev and CTI Infra teams. + Display strong working relationship with technology teams, project management teams and architects/engineers and infrastructure administrators. + Engage with Vendors and various internal stakeholders to review business requirements and manage delivery of the enterprise solution. + Perform due diligence of infrastructure requirements and provide project plans, risks and mitigating controls that are strategic and futuristic. + Display strong working relationship with technology teams, architects/engineers and infrastructure administrators. **Experience and Skills** **Experience** + 8-12 years of experience in Infrastructure Technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement. Overall experience in Infrastructure project management and service delivery + Strong background in the financial services and banking industry + Experience in managing projects for Capital Markets Technology, Equities, Prime Finance, Futures, Custody & Funds is a plus. + Strong Knowledge in infrastructure/ Hardware/ Software/ Database/ Middleware stack + Strong knowledge of infrastructure project management including vendor upgrades + Experience managing infrastructure life cycle including upgrades and migrations + Experience in writing range of technology physical and logical requirements and, Tech stack Functional Requirements Document, Build document, Dependencies mapping, etc. + Experience in managing complex projects implementing Cutting edge technologies, Optimizing Tech stack for Performance and Standardization, Application Dependencies mapping, Regulatory Risk & Compliance. + Expert level knowledge in SQL, Windows, Linux, Oracle, TIBCO, Weblogic/Websphere + Exposure to Cloud based technologies, Micro services, Open Shift, AWS, Google, etc + Experience in writing range of technology physical and logical requirements and, Tech stack Functional Requirements Document, Build document, Dependencies mapping, etc. + Exposure to front/middle/back office application stack + Experience in Agile project management. + Exposure to Dev Ops/automated deployments and monitoring solutions. + Experience in driving business results through effective use of technology solutions **Skills** + Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience + Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline + Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred + A self-starter who can deliver well as part of a team + Experience in managing Complex Infrastructure projects by defining scope, dependencies and priorities + Effective written and verbal communication skills + Effective analytic/diagnostic skills + Effective communication skills + Strong relationship builder, works as a partner with multiple stakeholders and business areas + Knowledge of industry standard tools and technol
