The role is for a Customer Experience Executive, whose overall responsibility is to take the campaign from inception to market. You will be working alongside big name brands and engaging with both clients directly and Media Agencies. The role of the Customer Experience Executive within IDG Global Solutions International Sales is integral to the success of our organisation. The Customer Experience role provides a solid grounding in the methods and practices of Marketing Communications. Working on the Marketing campaigns of Global IT Organisations at IDG provides insight into technology, marketing and publishing best practices. The successful candidate will be expected to professionally and successfully manage customer marketing revenue programs from availability checking to final reporting, including data analysis, fulfilment and campaign reporting. In addition, the successful candidate will work in collaboration with members of the sales teams (locally and remotely) to support the sales cycle and deliver revenues from our digital, services and data campaigns. The role is located in Staines and the successful candidate will work alongside the existing Customer Experience Executives within the team. We are looking for a talented candidate who is highly motivated with an excellent customer service focus. One who has excellent communication skills, the ability to manage complex campaigns with many moving parts and can work as part of a team, in additional to the following skill base/experience: + 1-2 years of office experience in marketing or a related field is strongly preferred + You must be a self-starter with a "can-do" attitude who is always willing to try new things and think outside the box + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; ability to create accurate documentation using Word, Excel and PowerPoint + Excellent organisational skills along with superior communication skills, both written and verbal + Attention to detail and the ability to maintain the highest standards whilst under pressure + Ability to interact with a wide range of people involved in campaigns and coordinate activities + GCSE: English and Maths A to C (new grading structure 4-9).
