Job Title - Talent Aquisition Co-ordinator - Europe Location - Edinburgh, Scotland Reports to - Senior Talent Aquisition Manager As an established and rapidly growing company in the financial technology sector this is an ideal time to join FNZ and progress your career. Reporting into the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager this exciting role is responsible for recruitment co-ordination in our European region and will be highly visible to FNZ's Senior Leadership Team. This role form part of our European Talent Acquisition team and is pivotal in assisting with our recruitment process. In this role, you will truly be a key component in our European Recruitment plans. Your duties will contain: + Liaising with Senior Management to schedule meetings and interviews + Communicating with EU recruitment agencies on daily basis + Ownership of PO/Invoice process + Maintain recruitment process documentation + Support ATS updates + Organise and facilitate Assessment Centres + Organise Executive Search candidate assessment + Ability to facilitate full recruitment process when required + Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet business requirements + Tracking and reporting recruiting statistics and maintaining our in-house recruiting system with a high level of integrity and accuracy + Participate in global talent acquisition and HR initiatives and promote leading practices + Participate in graduate and university internship recruiting initiatives + Promote brand awareness along with graduate and intern programs at University career fairs where necessary + Produce KPIs to track levels of recruitment, cost of hire, time to fill and source of hire + University degree + Previous experience working as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator - desirable + In-house recruitment function experience - desirable + Able to work with a high degree of accuracy + Ability to work with Senior Stakeholders + Ability to work effectively as a team to drive an excellent resourcing service to the business + Organised and proactive, with the drive to deliver results and manage self effectively + Fluent in English both written and verbalAbility to handle high volume recruitment + Experience in building upon and improving existing processes and procedures + Works with others in a collaborative and solution-focused manner to achieve measurable outcomes that improve business performance FNZ is a global FinTech firm, transforming the way financial institutions serve their wealth management customers.
