We're currently looking for a Product Owner to join our Agile Team. We value experience, but also capabilities and competency. Requirements The role: One of Plain Concepts flagship products is Sidra, our enterprise data platform. Sidra is an extremely complex product that includes a vast array of services ranging from data governance and stewardship capabilities to automated creation of data movement pipelines, end to end security, automated infrastructure and configuration deployment, machine learning model serving capabilities and a monitoring and configuration web UI. As the new Sidra Product Owner you will develop the product vision by working closely with C-level and stakeholders and transmit it to our skilled engineering team. Your main responsibilities will be: * Create and execute the vision for the product bringing together multi-disciplinary talented teams to deliver commercially viable and compelling products. * Overseeing team project removing blockers, ensuring project scope and setting accurate timelines and deadlines. * Create or review product ideas and feedback to evaluate the inclusion in product backlog. * Own and be accountable for the product development. * Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to a strong multidisciplinary team. * Work closely with the development team ensuring the viability of the project. * Interact with our clients and work on project proposals. * Develop demos and proof of concept solutions of the product. About you: * 3+ years of experience managing a B2B product with a track record of delivering digital products. * Experience with data and high-performance projects. * You know the methodologies and can adapt the theory to the practice * You have a solid technical background, including firsthand software developments experience. * Experience working with .NET Core environments. * Strong influencing skills, being able to verbalize a compelling vision that brings teams with you on the journey. * Acute attention to detail, highly organized and deadline oriented. * Self-motivating, energetic, a positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills; flexible and collaborative. * Fluent in English.
