Otis are currently recruiting for a Modernisation Engineer based in the Midlands (central region). The main goal of this role is to complete modernisation of lifts and escalators ensuring that they are fit for use and meet the current standards. As a modernisation engineer, you will: + Complete modernisation on lifts and escalators as required by plan or local management team + Be responsible for efficiency by utilising the best tools and methods and by ensuring the hours spent on repairs are in line with Company-identified targets + Achieve all Service Excellence standards. + Control planning and completion of own jobs + Demonstrate high level of commercial awareness Required Experience We welcome applications from talented modernisation engineers, installation engineers, service engineers, principal engineers who live within the Midlands. Suitable locations such as Leicester, Coventry, Birmingham, Derby, Telford, Northampton or any other will be considered.
