You'll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth. Our Information Technology Development team helps develop and supports internal information technology systems and applications for use by all staff levels. You'll help our team develop programmes and applications that cater to PwC's strategic technology needs using your knowledge of technical domains of application. As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to : * Role as the technical analyst of web app, mobile hybrid app, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) & data analytic projects, i.e. functionalities, user interface, user experience * Work closely with projects' stakeholders to understand business & functional specifications. Leveraging technical & business knowledge in projects * Ability to create workflow diagrams, understand business logic and processes, work directly with business clients, training for end users & produce business/technical documentation with minimal supervision * Ensure applications' functionalities, UI/UX comply with the application security standards, policies, brand & data protection * Understanding application/system development lifecycle (SDLC) & be able to apply Agile/Scrum methodology to the projects Skills / Knowledge : * Recognized University Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline * Knowledge on UI/UX, project documentation & management * Hands on technical knowledge & experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytic - Experience with business intelligence/data analytic tools, e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik Sense, SAP Crystal Reports, Google Analytics, Excel Pivot, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) - Understanding of business intelligence environment - relational databases, structure data, Excel Pivot & Macros, flat file format and data conversion/feed for system integration - Work with various stakeholders to identify the required information & analysis and use BI tools to develop reports.
