Registered Manager - Assisted Living Complex - Elderly Care Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham Mon - Fri with Alternate Weekends £32,000 Eclypse Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced manager in elderly care for an assisted living development in Birmingham, West Midlands. The service caters for elderly people who are looking to live as independently as possible in a care environment. This company offers stylish luxury one and two bedroom apartments and that offers care to the highest standards ensuring the homeowners have everything they need to live their life to the full. We are seeking a Registered Manager for this service. To be considered you must have the following:- * A very strong background as a registered manager of elderly care services - at least 12 months in a managerial role as CQC Registered Manager * QCF Level 5 or equivalent is essential in Care Management * Good leadership / management experience of care staff * A background in the management in elderly care homes or elderly care services i.e. domicilliary, care homes, residential services In this role, you will work Monday through to Friday and you will be expected to work alternate weekends. Our client likes candidates who have a good background in managing elderly residential care homes / domiciliary care and extra care developments.
