PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: * Forming close relationships with colleagues across a range of different disciplines, including Corporate Finance, Strategy, Sustainability, Assurance and Tax. * Develop and expand our client base to identify and convert infrastructure advisory opportunities. * Using our existing network of clients and contacts to help us increase our share of the infrastructure finance market. * Maintaining close involvement with the broader Deals team to ensure effective ongoing exchange of knowledge. * Understanding and analysing a client's financing needs and identifying funding structures to meet them. * Planning the execution of project finance advisory mandates and managing the teams to deliver them to tight deadlines. * Assisting in the ongoing development of the team and contribute to raising the profile of the IGU team both internally and externally * Providing 'thought leadership' in respect of infrastructure finance, including particular sectors; and * Have the credibility and gravitas to be viewed as an expert by colleagues and clients alike Requirement: * Strong experience of advising on the procurement and financing of infrastructure projects; * Arranging, underwriting and/or advising on limited recourse financings; * An understanding of the current regulatory and market environment and the key infrastructure sectors including power generation and distribution, water, transport and social infrastructure; * An understanding of the global infrastructure market; * An ability to plan work streams and supervise financial analysts to build appropriate financial models, develop information memoranda and carry out financial analysis, including sensitivities appropriate for that infrastructure sector; * Significant experience in developing financial models for infrastructure finance transactions, preferably for both the public and private sectors; * Experience of project financing in Asia and/or international markets including an understanding of equity, commercial debt and capital markets. Experience with export credit guarantee facilities and multilateral lending agencies would be an advantage; * Strong technical and product knowledge and awareness of current structuring and pricing trends; * Experience of working with infrastructure funds and other equity investors would be an advantage; * Experience negotiating and developing term-sheets, financing documents and other project documentation from heads of terms to financial close; * Good analytical skills and intellectual curiosity - an ability to analyse transactions and work with clients to identify the most appropriate funding solution; * An ability to understand the various facets of PwC's integrated advice offering and cross-sell our expertise; * Financial sector contacts, good marketing and excellent interpersonal skills.
