Role Summary: Reporting to the PPS Global Quality Management Systems (QMS) Leader, this role will be responsible for supporting the Quality team across all global locations for PPS. Essential Responsibilities: Support the day to day operations of the Quality System department: Support the effective management of the Customer Experience program Participate in root cause analysis investigations Ensure that non-conforming hardware reports are logged and tracked Support the completion of the PPS audit program Support in the training of employees in the use of quality tools & systems Assist in the effectiveness of process compliance Promote QMS compliance with Baker Hughes policies Support consistency between processes and their monitoring Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths and English grade C (equivalent) or above IT literate including Microsoft Office packages Strong oral skills Strong communication skills Location: Cramlington - UK Baker Hughes company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
