What we're looking for: As part of the IAM Operations Team, you will deliver technical expertise to provide Identity and Access Management services to the DLG business and its integrated supply chain! You will be responsible for the execution, fulfilment and continuous improvement of IAM Operations tasks in line with strategy, processes and controls. What you'll be doing: * Support the team in the development and implementation of a new hybrid technical capability, to help drive our IAM strategy and roadmap from a DLG perspective with a focus on reducing cost, supporting strategic technologies. * Crafting a more agile and technically focused capability to serve our businesses in the delivery of IAM services * Act as the Subject Matter Expert in the team providing technical expertise, support and guidance in the management and execution of the following tasks; IAM Operations service requests and Complex Privilege Access Management (PAM) requests. * Provide 2nd and 3rd Line Technical Support for IAM Operational Escalations * You will have a technical understanding of IAM in order to support the following; Active Directory environments and their integration with Wintel, Unix, Linux. Azure and AWS, access controls and permissions. CyberArk, administration and creation of accounts and Safes. * Provide guidance and support to service teams and suppliers to enable effective implementation of agreed BAU IAM operational processes * Coordinate with the IAM Tech Change Team to ensure the transition of all programme/project change in to production in an agile fashion whilst maintaining and improving service stability * Contribute to the development and automation of IAM operational processes and tools with a focus on cost and process efficiency for our teams, businesses, supply chain and customers Identify opportunities for improving service operations processes to drive cost and process efficiencies What we'll give you: Come join us and you'll find yourself in the middle of one of the most on-the-go teams in the business, with autonomy and exposure to industry leaders on huge household brand names.
