As a Senior Associate, you are expected to; * Work as part of a team helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution * Partner and work with our clients to deliver exceptional work and to contribute growth through qualitative business development * Conduct business design workshops with customers and internal stakeholders * Work with internal and external customers pursue client opportunities, identify customer goals and needs, and shape tailored proposals * Exercise all aspects of design thinking, including interviewing, requirements gathering, empathy mapping, creating service or solution blueprints, etc. * Be an ambassador for design driven approaches internally and towards customers General Qualifications * Relevant bachelor's degree * Strong command of English language (both verbal and written) * Min. 4 years of agency/consulting experience or over 6 years of industry experience (or equivalent). * Strong understanding of how to design distinctive customer/employee and citizen experiences * Energized by complex problem solving and ability to push the innovation on solutions * Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior client business and digital/experience/marketing executives on design decisions Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Not Specified Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
