Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Partner with the Senior Director of Marketing to strategically plan and oversee annual media planning and buying Kate Spade Europe. + Manages and liaises with local media partners and agencies to execute strategic plans, including booking digital, OOH and print media. + Supports the Senior Director of Marketing to identify and develop opportunities that create key 'moments' aligned with brand vision and strategy. + Coordinates marketing needs with Creative Services partners in NY for all brand collateral including major Fashion campaigns, seasonal marketing initiatives, and relevant local programs. + Is able to identify digital and social opportunities for European and partners with PR team to ensure consistent brand messaging and approach. + Manage relationships with partner website teams and explore and maximize opportunities for Coach stand-out + Work in partnership NY corporate digital team to leverage Facebook and twitter geo-targeting + Monthly reporting for each website and email campaign by market + Work with the Global digital team on global initiatives and be able to adapt & apply for the European market. + Manage in partnership with the Global digital team an influencer strategy for Europe, managing strategy and budget for this initiative. + Be responsible for all social media activity for Kate Spade Europe, this will include localized posting on FB, social media advertising both for trade & brand executions. + Ensuring Kate Spade Europe has all social media assets needed to achieve KPI's in market. + Responsibility for both the media, brand and digital budget. The accomplished individual will possess: + Demonstrated marketing experience and a clear track record of managing media buying/planning + Creative problem solver with strategic thinking skills and strong business acumen + Ability to make prudent decisions under pressure and deadlines + Ability to travel on an ad hoc basis throughout the year + Ability to build effective partnerships and interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels + Knowledge of the fashion or accessories luxury goods market + Experience of working with a global company/brand + Experience supporting the European market + strategically plan & oversee the execution of a cross-channel media plan. + Be responsible for driving brand awareness across the business. + plan, oversee & implement annual social media campaigns both driving brand & traffic + lead brand projects such as new store launches, research initiatives, key brand moments across the year.
