You'll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements. Job Description & Responsibilities The PwC X-Venturer Programme is looking for a member of the programme management team to support in the administration and smooth running of the programme. This will include, though not be limited to, the areas detailed below: - Coordinating staffing arrangements which optimize the experiences of the programme's staff and business needs; including working with X-LoS functions to ensure accurate staff scheduling; - Supporting the business with relevant, timely and accurate reporting. Both providing the reporting and an analysis of the results; - Assisting the logistics arrangement of team activities; - Assisting in administrative tasks as assigned. Requirement Required * Verbal and written skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin * Degree holder * Strong organizational skills and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision * Strong attention to details * Positive and willing-to-learn attitude; be flexible in response to ad hoc changes in responsibilities and taking other roles where required Preferred: * Degree holder in Human Capital, Communications, Marketing, Business or related discipline * Understanding of Professional Firms environment and structure * Prior working experience in a Big 4 accounting firm with knowledge of staffing management * Experience with financial reporting, status reporting * Ability to think laterally and multi-task Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Not Specified Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
