Job Description

Job Title: Azure Architect Job Location: London, UK Job Type: Permanent Required Skills: * Experience in Azure Kubernetes and PaaS services * Hands on experience with Azure Kubernetes Design and Architecture * Hands on Kubernetes * Hands on experience in on .Net Migration technical areas * Knowledge on SQL Migration technical areas * Able to write code or implement POCs. Description: GPM Migration - GPM is a .Net application used globally by Customer. Objective is to move this application to Azure. * Be able to provide technical direction and lead a group of one or more architects to address a goal. * Architect and design solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements * Create and review architecture and solution design artefacts * Experience in Application migration from on-prem to Azure cloud * .Net application migration to Azure cloud * Application group and wave planning * Evangelize re-use through implementation of shared assets * Enforce adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc. * Proactively provide guidance on engineering methodologies, standards and leading practices * Guidance of engineering staff and reviews of as-built configurations during construction phase * Provide insight and direction on roles and responsibilities required for solution operations * Identify, communicate and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions throughout full lifecycle
