Job Description
Python Developer sought to join a growing software house in central London. The company have created the worlds' first cutting edge software used within the financial industry to help banks sort and source their data to generate required data which calculates risks and reports. Although the company is still relatively young they have already enjoyed large success working with many well-known financial names and they are now looking to introduce their platform to a wider audience so they are now focusing on growing the development team. The role will see you working closely with the CTO and team of ambitious engineers to develop new performance functions to ensure the platform is able to handle large amounts of data. Ideally, you will have experience using Python (Flask is ideal) working on distributed systems alongside working knowledge of Docker, Postgres, Nginx, Elasticsearch, Jenkins and Git. The primary focus for the directors is hiring the right personal traits as opposed to what skills you can bring to the table, so passion, an ability to learn, a team player mentality and individuals who want to make a difference are high on the list with the only mandatory technical requirement being Python experience. A competitive salary depending on experience is on offer up to £60k and extensive benefits alongside the opportunity to work with a truly welcoming team.
