Social Care Manager - Mental Health Charity A Mental Health Charity in Kent are looking for a Service Manager to join them on a permanent basis.The Charity provides a range of support services for Adults with mental health needs; providing crisis de-escalation,information and support while also signposting to other relevant and appropriate services within the community. As Service Manager you will lead a team of Crisis Support Workers and Team Leaders across Canterbury and Margate. Other responsibilities include: * Promote the service and grow the attendance work closely with commissioners * Be on call to support with any incidents, accidents and safeguarding issues * Work closely with colleagues to ensure that services are delivered to the highest standard and in accordance with most recent evidence based guidance. * Ensure that services are provided in a safe and supportive environment and at all times adopt a professional approach to work. * Ensure Recovery and Safety Plans are completed for each user The position is full time and requires some evening and weekend work. To be considered you must have: * Degree level Health or Social Care subject (Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Health, Psychology, Counselling). * NVQ Level 5 Management Qualification or equivalent. * Experience in working with Adults with Mental Health needs.
