Assistant Telesales Manager

We're proud to partner a leading consumer goods business in their search for an exceptional Telesales Team Manager / Team Leader for their head office team. The ideal candidate will have; * Knowledge of and experience in the food wholesale or consumer goods industry * Bags of energy, enthusiasm and drive * Telesales Management experience (B2B) * A passion for providing awesome customer service and customer experience throughout the sales process * A background in sales coaching, training and developing sales team members * Fantastic communication skills (both verbal and written) On offer is; * Competitive basic salary up to £40k * Excellent working environment * Meritocratic environment where promotions happen based on ability and achievement not length of service *Please note, you'll be required to work one weekend each month and occasional shift work.* Apply with your CV in the first instance and we'll schedule a conversation with suitable applicants.
