Job Description

The Pre-Sales Solution Architect works in tandem with Direct Sales Team, Product, and Professional Services to provide and demonstrate customized environments to help address prospect scenarios during the sales process. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales Enablement and has a very specific focus in Retail Banking demonstrations and product collaboration. Objectives * Build rapport with Sales team * Understand demonstration environment implementation to understand for what functionality prospects may be asking * Attend onsite prospect demonstrations and POC exercises to understand prospect needs Responsibilities * Contribute and/or lead prospect specific inquiries/scoping projects around nCino specific functionality as it relates to the direct user audiences * Perform detailed deeper dive product demonstrations specific to retail functionality * Demonstrate creating Salesforce.com custom fields and editing page layouts within an nCino demonstration environment * Provide Subject Matter Expertise as it relates to the retail aspects of banking * Create dashboards and reports to represent prospect specific data requests. * Lead training webinars for internal nCino to explain recent release functionality * Maintain training materials for new hires to help get them up to speed on the internal demonstration environment * Collaborate with other members of Pre-sales to understand prospect's technical requirements and specific needs based on demonstrations and conversations * Collaborate with nCino Product Development teams to ensure functional requirements are being addressed in the product updates * Attend regular cross-functional company training to provide Retail Banking insight Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's Degree * 6 years' experience in retail banking and financial services or combination of experience, education, & superior performance * Proven ability to present in front of large audiences and react quickly to complex scenarios * Extensive experience in the development of retail banking technology solutions Desired: * Knowledge in the area of Retail Loan Origination Workflow, compliance, and nCino/SFDC best practices Travel Requirements Occasional travel expected, less than 20% If you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement at nCino.
