Calling all talented Software Development Team Leaders/Software Development Managers - our client is a leading global online technology business that is one of the biggest technology brands in the world. Due to their ongoing success and investment in their employees they are now looking to expand their talented in-house team. This role is 100% hands off so the successful candidate can be fully dedicated to their growth and leadership of their team. Due to growth, they are now looking for the successful candidate(s) to manage tech focused and tech agnostic teams (Java, .Net/C#, PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, Golang, SQL). The successful candidate must be passionate about managing people, able to identify strengths and training needs within their team and strive to develop/mentor their team. Day to day the successful candidate would be focused on providing expert knowledge to the team, conducting reviews, recruitment, tracking of the development team working closely with the Tech Leads and Architects. If you are currently managing a team and want to take the plunge into a Team Lead role, or if you're already working as a Team Lead/Development Manager but are getting bogged down with all the technical duties and responsibilities that are still expected, get in touch for a confidential chat! Skills required: Commercial experience with leading development teams of 6 and above. Proven track record in high availability multi browser compatible development. Enthusiastic about working with modern technology and using your technical knowledge to drive the business forward.
