Telesales Team Leader

JOB TITLE: Telesales Team Leader JOB SUMMARY: To lead a team of telesales agents for one of the UK's leading suppliers of outdoor and leisure equipment. LOCATION: Rutland SALARY: £22,000 - £24,000 Plus generous commission MUST HAVES: Previous experience in leading a sales team, or ready to take that next step. Working Hours: 8:30 - 17:30 five days a week (includes weekends on a rota) The COMPANY Our client is one of the UK's leading suppliers of outdoor and leisure pursuit equipment. They are a family run business that has gained a well-deserved reputation in the area for their high-quality products and services delivered by their motivated and knowledgeable staff. They have a large chain of stores and a very successful Ecommerce site. The ROLE The successful Telesales Executive candidate will be required to: *Motivate and drive a team of five Internal Sales Executives. *Deliver on individual sales targets through inbound and outbound calls. *Coach and develop the sales team to deliver on their collective targets. *Proactive management of current leads, creation of new leads and converting them to sales. *Generate sales growth and increase customer loyalty. *Deliver on both individual and team KPI's. *DUE TO THE CURRENT PANDEMIC, YOU WILL BE WORKING FROM HOME INITIALLY.
