Salary: £19,000 - £21,800 depending on experience - plus bonus £1600 Industry: Childcare Sector: Nursery Job ID: 32063 Do you have what it takes to help shape the little minds of the next generation...? If so, we are looking for an experienced Nursery Practitioner within the Putney area to join an excellent nursery team and to work alongside the management team to deliver exceptional childcare and to build secure foundations for lifelong learning. You will be joining a team of highly experienced practitioners who are carefully selected for their genuine love of working with young children. The nursery has many long serving staff, and provide ongoing professional training and development. This role offers a competitive salary, a day off on alternate weeks with an alternating work pattern : 07.15 - 17.15, 08.00 - 18.30, 08.30 - 18.30 What are we looking for? * Being able to understand and apply the EYFS in order to nurture and scaffold children's learning and development by providing stimulating and educational experiences across varied age groups * To build strong relationships with children and their families and also to work strongly within a team to deliver high quality childcare. * Be a true and trusted practitioner to take children on a journey from start to end. * Level 2 or 3 qualified * Experienced Nursery Practitioner with a knowledge of Safeguarding * Passion for the job and a genuine team player * Stable career history * Ideally currently at a 'good' or 'outstanding' rated nursery from Ofsted with Key Carer experience * IT literate with a tablet/Ipad Benefits and Opportunities * £1600 bonus * Career progression * Team environment For an initial confidential conversation contact us today!
