MIA Recruitment are looking for a Registered Manager - Supported Living - Mental Health to work for our client in North Wembley. Our Client Our Client's Living Services offer people with Autism the opportunity to live independently. Day to day support and assistance with independent living skills, both at home and out in the community is provided, thereby ensuring continuity and consistency. The people we support are provided with assistance by our highly trained staff, to develop new skills and further broaden their existing skills with the aim of preparing them to move into independent living in the future. You An experienced registered manager preferably with experience of supporting people with Autism The Supported Living Manager will be responsible for managing and developing our supported living service in North Wembley. This will require the development and management of a Service Development plan covering the needs of the service and ensuring that the necessary resources are available to provide effective and flexible support.
