Business Development Manager (BDM) - BTL / Bridging Finance - South West & Wales £40 - 70k Basic + Bonus + Benefits (Dependent on experience) Potential access to share scheme Want to play a pivotal role in the distribution of Bridging Finance, Refurbishment Finance and BTL Mortgages to intermediaries on the South Coast and South West of England Are you at the top of your game yet could benefit from a new challenge? Continued expansion has led to the need to recruit an experienced Bridging Finance BDM to develop profitable relationships with Mortgage Brokers / IFA's on the South Coast and South West England. Our client is "open for business" and keen to provide property lending solutions at competitive rates and most importantly with great service! The successful candidate must have experience within the bridging finance sectors. Educated to degree level preferred but not essential.
