If so, we are looking for an experienced Baby Room Leader within the Oxford area to join an excellent nursery team and to work alongside the management team to deliver exceptional childcare and to build secure foundations for lifelong learning. You will be joining a team of highly experienced practitioners who are carefully selected for their genuine love of working with young children. This a large nursery where more than 75 children are in the premises daily. No two days are the same; the leader must have the confidence and capability to adjust quickly to the needs of our children.
