Job Description

We are looking for a Statistical Programming Manager for a leading pharmaceutical company that focus within oncology, immunology, neuroscience, infectious diseases and vaccines, and cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. This position is accountable for programming team deliverables for clinical projects. This role is a programming lead who plans and provides oversight of SAS programming activities (e.g., development, verification and documentation) in support of clinical trial reporting and submissions. They offer: * Competitive salary * Annual bonus * Very competitive benefits package * Excellent career development opportunities Responsibilities: * Development of detailed programming strategy and planning of programming deliverables * Ability to support complex clinical R&D analysis and reporting activities * Coordinate and oversee programming team activities * Provide technical and project specific guidance to team members * Ensure quality and on-time deliverables * Collaborate with cross-functional working group team members (both internal and external) Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or higher and/or equivalent in computer science, mathematics or other scientific field * 8 years SAS programming experience in a pharmaceutical/clinical trial environment is required * Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills * Experience planning programming activities and leading teams of programmers is essential * Experience working with external vendors/CROs is desired
