We are looking to recruit an Assistant General Manager in the Chester City centre, for a business which has several bars across the city with them taking over a new sports venue very soon, this would be where the successful candidate would be based. The Role and you * The Assistant Manager is a key role in making the site a success. You will be the leader of the front of house team, knowledgeable about our products, and have passion for customer service, drink and hospitality. * You will be the right-hand person to the General Manager, taking sole charge in their absence. You will be involved in people management, training, and take on the day-to-day running off all sites. * You must be flexible and willing to work in multiple sites where needed, so your own transport would be an advantage. * You will have experience at Assistant Manager level and be looking for role with more responsibility and opportunity to learn, progress and lead the business forward. * You should have previous experience within a busy hospitality setting where you have had day to day dealings with, cask ale. In return for your hard-work and commitment, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £21,000 dependant on experience, with the added incentive of tips as well.
