Main: * Permanent role * Impressive basic salary (£26-£30K) + Bonus The Role: * The paint technician will only be responsible for repairing small to medium repairs * Must provide excellent customer service as the role will be customer facing! * Prepare vehicles to be sprayed and mix paint to ensure a perfect match in order to spray prepped vehicles * Using the correct equipment and tooling as required * Quality check on completion ensuring there are no defects * Achieving an ongoing high rate of productivity. The Person: * Extensive experience as a vehicle Paint Technician & Prepper. * demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of the vehicle repair industry with the desire to continually learn new techniques and processes, ongoing training is provided as required. * The knowledge or ability to work with computer based systems (i.e. EMACS). * The pride and attention to detail to complete each job to the very best of your ability and manufacture standards be a strong team player with a self-motivation. * Attention to detail and great communication skills If you meet the criteria above and want to join a fantastic growing company, we would love to hear from you.
