Job Description
Due to continued growth, a new position has been created with our client for an experienced Loom Technician. A truly lovely business with a great team environment based in Keighley. The Company A growing and ambitious textile manufacturing business. Fantastic, clean and friendly working environment! The company was founded over 40 years ago and manufacture high end products. A forward-thinking textile manufacturer with traditional values. The Job Working with a number of machines including Dornier and Dobby looms. You will ensure that machine settings are adhered to and looms run to optimum efficiency. You'll be responsible for ensuring corrective action reports are followed up and any action taken is recorded. Report any stock ordering as required. To ensure that a high standard of housekeeping is maintained within the weaving areas. Reporting to the Production Manager - who has been with the business for over 30 years! About You You will have previously worked as a Loom Technician ideally with experience of Dornier and Dobby looms. You'll have weaving experience. You will be a good team player. Flexibility with regards to working hours is required, the job will be based on a 6 - 2 / 2 - 10 rotating shift pattern with the ability to cover night shift when required.
