Job Description
We need Technical Manager to join a lovely team based in Oldham. Are you passionate about product and process development? Do you have experience in the coatings industry? The Job * Join as a Technical Manager. * Work with customers and internal teams to develop new products and processes. * Visit customers where applicable to assist with technical support or complaint investigation and resolution. * You will be responsible for accurate product costings. * Issue experimental / temporary manufacturing instructions and maintain records of all trials. * Produce, issue and monitor recipe cards and production instructions for all rubber coatings produced. * Evaluate alternative raw materials or work processes to ensure the products are competitive in the market. * Test and trials and ensure all reporting is accurate and maintained. * Keep on top of all Quality, H&S and Environmental documentation, policies and regulations. About You * You will have a background in rubber / coatings. * Well organized with a systematic approach. * Good communication and reporting skills are a must in this role. * Commutable to Oldham.
