Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to work with a new and progressive business in the mobile device market. Meelie Mobile is a new mobile device recycling brand that launched last year and has already become renowned for its high level of customer care and value. Key Accountabilities: * Accurately manage 3rd party selling platforms to maximise sales whilst supporting our brand. * Accurately manage and develop the inventory and sales performance through use of multi-channel software. * Produce internal reporting to assist in business development. * Produce accurate and timely communication for our customers through telephone calls, email, post and social media. * Maintain the Meelie Mobile consumer relationship by providing a first-class level of customer service. Knowledge, Skills/Qualifications & Experience * Previous eCommerce experience with Amazon and eBay managing high volumes of SKU's. * Ideally 2+ years managing large online platforms. * A keen eye for detail and accuracy. * Experience with Linnworks multi-channel stock control software. * Experience within a technical ecommerce role. * Microsoft Excel proficient, with the ability to create reports. * Ability to prioritise work. * Self-motivated with the ability to work alone and part of a team. * Adaptability with a positive attitude.
