Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities * Facilitate a high-quality programme of therapeutic and occupational activities for the service users * Assess service users' needs and implement programmes of care and treatment * Provide evidence based occupational therapy knowledge and skills to the multidisciplinary team * Maintain electronic records of all service users and write reports as necessary * Encourage effective team working and professional standards within the team * Educate and supervise unqualified staff and students We are looking for a newly qualified or experienced Occupational Therapist who has experience working with an adult mental health client group. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as is a sound theoretical base.
