Job Description
Split Day Mechanical/Plumber Maintenance Engineer My client is a leading M&E Maintenance Company. Due to a new contract win, they are seeking a mechanical/plumber maintenance engineer to join the team. You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent in mechanical or plumbing and a proven track record in commercial maintenance. Sector: Commercial Office Maintenance Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance, on plant, pumps, motors, boiler checks, basic pipe work copper and pvc, checks and maintenance on ahu's, fan coil units, generator tests, , changing taps, washers and general day to day maintenance, escorting sub-contractors, general paper work, L8, working with clients and colleagues on a daily basis. Hours are 7-4 one week and 11-8 the other. Salary is 35K, with overtime and good company benefits and career advancement.
