Job Description

Mobile Maintenance Electrician Leicester 30K Our client is a leading facilities management service provider who have a large national presence. They are currently seeking a mobile maintenance electrician to cover up to 10 sites (Leicester being a good central point to live), for a contract they hold with healthcare/ care home supplier. Due to the contract being in the care home sector engineers are classed as key workers. As the mobile maintenance electrician, you will have your City & Guilds level 3, NVQ or equivalent, 17th/ 18th edition is essential, as well as a proven track record in commercial building services. The mobile maintenance electrician will also need to pass a DBS due to the nature of the sites. Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Salary - 30,000 Call out Van and fuelcard Phone, tablet and tools provided Company benefits package Duties of the mobile maintenance electrician will include all PPM's and reactive maintenance on lighting, changing lamps, ballasts, LEDs, starters, small lighting installations, fault finding to panels, changing fuses, sockets, emergency lighting, fire alarm tests, floor boxes, data points, as well as general fabric such as changing taps, washers, toilet furniture, changing handles locks, general paper work, escorting sub-contractors. The role is roughly split 50/50 between electrical and fabric duties, and the successful mobile maintenance electrician will need to be happy with this balance.
