Job Description

Interviews via Skype NonStop's client is a national charity so services are consistent throughout the country with quality care and provisions for children. You will also be responsible for supporting and managing the care team to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people as well as undertaking direct work with children and young people as appropriate; ensuring each shift is planned and resources allocated; work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people; offer supervision and support to carers in line with Quality Standards & Regulations What will guarantee you an interview: * NVQ 3 Caring for Children and Young People or Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce Diploma * Experience with Children that have Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities and demanding behaviour. Shift Patterns: Need to be able to 7am/7:30am - 2:30pm or 2pm/2:30pm - 10pm weekly, with a requirement to do every other weekend.
