Mobile Maintenance Electrician

Mobile Maintenance Electrician Devon & Cornwall 28.5k Our client is a leading Facilities Management and Maintenance company. They are currently seeking a mobile maintenance electrician based in Devon & Cornwall. You will have City and Guilds, NVQ or equivalent, 17th edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance. The maintenance electrician will be looking after 9 retails stores located in Newquay / St Austell / Redruth / Exeter / Newton Abbot / Hayle / Plymouth / Paignton The mobile maintenance electrician duties will be including lighting, changing lamps, ballasts, starters, led's, fire alarm test, emergency lighting tests, changing sockets, plugs, fault finding back to boards, general fabric duties including toilet furniture, changing a door handle, locks, escorting sub-contractors and general paper work. Hours are based 8am to 4.30pm, with call out. Salary is 28.5K, plus van, tablet, fuel card, phone, tools, uniform and other company benefits.
