Social Worker ~ Child Protection Team ~ Up To £29 Per Hour

Looking for a Social Worker to join a team in Camborne 37 Hours per week. Contract position. We require a qualified, experienced principal social worker to join our Child Protection Team in Camborne to cover the post whilst recruitment takes place. The successful candidate should be an experienced social worker with proven experience of working within a front line statutory children and family team, undertaking social work assessments and completing work with children subject to child in need plans, child protection plans and legal proceedings and children in care. The candidate must hold a recognised social work qualification and be able to travel and have their own transport. A successful candidate will be one whose commitment and value base drives practice and good outcomes for our children and young people. The post is immediate start and is initially for 3 months with a possibility of being reviewed for extension.
