Behaviours: Knowledge of relevant procedures Level of customer Service Team Player Health and safety awareness and knowledge Communication Job Description * Carry out any/all cleaning duties as requested by your supervisor, management team. * To ensure that all tasks are carried out in a professional manner, following all 'safe systems of work' & risk assessment' directions. * Wear the correct and appropriate P.P.E specified always. * To comply with all statutory GSK & Mitie Health & Safety regulations. * To comply with all statutory GSK & Mitie site rules & regulations * To comply with all GSK & Mitie security regulations for cleaning materials, equipment and buildings. * To provide high personal standards of work /performance, personal hygiene and appearance. * To report any complaints / incidents of accidents, fire, theft or loss, damage or any other irregularities and act if practicable * Undertake all required training in relation to all aspects of the cleaning service delivered to the client as requested * The method of conducting all cleaning tasks is as directed via the great / cleaning tasks card * Follow the correct change procedure for entry and exit to C block production * Follow the correct change procedure for entry and exit to Grade D areas * Follow the correct change procedure for entry and exit to C Block 10,000 areas * Follow the correct change procedure for entry and exit to C Block Sterile areas * Review Aseptic register prior to entry into Grade B environment * On entry into Sterile areas ensure the Sterile Entry Log is completed on each occasion * Complete Finger Dab Monitoring daily in all areas where applicable * Complete garment monitoring once a week where applicable * Clean Sterile, Grade C & Grade D areas as per cleaning regime * Attend a yearly refresher course on change assessments and BQG * Flexibility is required within the role to cover other areas where trained in times of sickness / holidays * To ensure that communication is constant * To attend all company meetings and training as requested * Complete all tasks as trained and in line with the risk assessment and safe systems of work * To follow the site ALCOA principals and GMP ways of working * To complete applicable work routines for your designated areas in actual time * To attend all Mitie meetings and training courses as requested. * To attend all GSK meetings and training courses as requested relating to the role. * To attend all GSK My Learning Curricular Requirements * Ensure My Learning is current and up to date on a weekly basis * To ensure that communication is constant. Qualifications * Must be able to work the shift pattern discussed. * Have a flexible approach to the role.
