We're seeking to recruit a Care Home Manager at Baugh House in Sidcup who can develop our home to the next level. You'll be responsible for the day to day running of the care home, demonstrating a commitment to Gold Care Home's values and objectives and ensuring that residents receive high quality and responsive care service in a safe and secure environment and promoting person-centred care. You'll also be able to demonstrate experience in managing and developing staff, alongside leadership abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a residential home Registered Manager with a rating of good or above and hold a minimum of an RQF Level 5 qualification, or equivalent along with service turnover experience. We are also keen to speak to Deputy Managers who are keen to take the step up and deliver their vision of exceptional care.
