Job Description
Madisons Recruitment are actively recruiting for Care Assistants to work in a care home located in Dereham, Norfolk. We are looking for experienced, hardworking, and empathetic Care Assistants who are passionate about their career and can create positive relationships with our clients residents and their families. Care Assistant job role: * Provide care to a range of vulnerable individuals * Support residents with mobility, moving and handling * Ensure all residents individual health and wellbeing needs are met at all times * Applying your previous experience to a range of varied patient cases Care Assistant requirements: * Maintain the ability to work on your own initiative * Be a caring individual and ensure residents feel calm * NVQ Level 2 in Care (desirable but not essential) * Accountable references * Minimum 3 months experience within a care home We have the following shifts available: * Days - 7am - 2:30pm * Night - 10pm - 7am We are recruiting immediately.
