Landscape Contracts Manager

Landscape Contracts Manager- £50k-£65k plus package, including company vehicle, bonuses. Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Landscape Contracts Manager on a permanent basis to work on several sites across London. Our client is one of the leading landscaping contractors in the UK specialising in both hard and soft landscaping on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate must have a background and knowledge within the landscaping industry and be willing to be a key part of the team and grow with them. Landscape Contracts Manager requirements: * Capable of managing 1 to 5 sites. * Maintain an in-depth knowledge of each of the pending and active projects including, the scope of works, programme, tender documentation, and contract particulars. * Preparation of tender documentation; cost analyses; early-stage budgets; detailed cost plans; bills of quantities and procurement plans * Liaising with the Quantity Surveyor to source materials, negotiate suppliers. * Ensuring that all projects are managed effectively and safely to comply with all aspects of the current health and safety regulations * Be comfortable and capable to problem solve alone. Landscape Contracts Manager must have: * Professional organised approach * CSCS Black or Gold Card * SMSTS or equivalent * Health and Safety * Full UK Clean Driving License * Experience managing a team * Background within the Landscaping industry.
