About THG Studios: The Hut Group has now opened a new exciting creative agency offering called THG Studios, Following THG's acquisition and integration in 2017 of the UK's leading content studio, Hangar 7 & Brand House not only now working with THG many well known brands but now extend our services to the likes of Nestle and P&G. To add to this creative studios growth we are building a new development called ICON, the Group's new content creation studio, At Manchester Airport, which will expand the Group's content production capabilities dramatically. The ICON development, which will be delivered by ICON Industrial, will provide an extra 104,000 sq. ft. of office space over four floors as well as additional content creation facilities totalling 168,000 sq. ft. ICON will house c2,000 people who will be focused on video production and photography, to be used across THG's digital offering. Responsibilities will include: * Managing the consistency of finished packaging items across various formats, substrates and print types. * Assessment of packaging substrates to determine potential effect on finished packaging appearance. * Assessment of print methods and capabilities across the range. * Initiate pre-artwork meetings for redesigns/ range changes/ new printers if required Requirements * A good level of technical ability in Adobe CS (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign). * Experience in creating print ready artwork and artwork visuals. * Experience outputting print proofs. * 3+ years' experience within packaging art-working * Experience working within Retail sector * Up to date knowledge of and excellent skills in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & InDesign. * Previous experience using brand styleguides. * Strong layout and composition skills. * The ability to work across a number of projects at one time and change priority as requirements change Benefits * Competitive salary * Onsite Doctor * Employee discounts * Company bonus scheme * Discounted Gym Memberships * Staff Sales
