What we are looking for A polished and hardworking Sales representative with a solid track record in the Oil and gas Market to develop the decommissioning unit of our Scotoil business. What we need from you to take things forward * An excellent track record within the Oil & Gas Industry. Experience within decommissioning sector is an advantage. * Good knowledge and understanding of offshore subsea oil and gas production systems is essential for this role. * Knowledge of Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (NORM) within oil & gas production systems is preferred. * An understanding of onshore waste management and environmental legislation. * Computer literate - formatting Tenders, emails, PowerPoint presentations. * Good communicator & organiser. * Ability to work under specified and agreed time constraints. * Engineering Degree preferred or relevant Industry Experience A brief overview of what the role entails Project Management * Effective leadership of decommissioning Projects to ensure Customers' expectations and targets are met. * Preparation and submission of Decommissioning Tenders. * Creation and compilation of Project Execution Plans (PEP) inclusive of Method Statements, Procedures and Risk Assessments. * Liaise with relevant Scotoil personnel to ensure Projects are completed successfully and on time. * Where applicable, there will be a requirement to oversee and arrange quayside operations for individual Projects (example logistics and craneage). * Liaise with waste management companies to ensure waste is recycled/reused where possible in line with Environmental legislation. Business Development / Commercial * Build, develop and manage business relationships with Oil & Gas Operators and Tier 1 supply chain companies - arrange regular meetings, phone calls, emails and provide PowerPoint presentations where necessary. * Understand and anticipate Customer requirements and provide a product or service that best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery. * Negotiating Tender and Contract terms to meet both client and company needs. * Prepare sales reports to Commercial Director when required - secured business, work in progress and forecasting. * Liaise with Scotoil Financial Director and BD & Contracts Manger on both costs and profit margins of Tenders and intended Contract Terms.
