We are looking for an Early Years Teacher to join an OFSTED OUTSTANDING setting and this Early Childhood School follows an enquiry-based learning approach. Monday -- Friday, 40 hours, shifts cycle between 07:30 start to 09:30 start with 1 hr lunch break. Age Group: 1-2 years and 2-3 years. Key Competencies of the role * Proven track record of working in the Early Years * Knowledge & curiosity of enquiry led teaching approaches, particularly Regio Emilia * Clear DBS * Ability to work in a very flat organisational structure with lots of autonomy * Motivated to make a difference to children's lives and go the extra mile * Level 3 qualified preferably to degree level The most important thing... The ability to listen to and observe children carefully and help them to construct their own learning by offering them resources and experiences that enhance their explorations, as well as build their knowledge and skills. No previous experience of working in this way is necessary, you just need to be open, curious and willing to learn!
