French Speaking Accounts Assistant-Salary up to £25k-Bournemouth Bond Williams Accounting and Finance are recruiting a French Speaking Accounts Assistant for our client based in Bournemouth. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing business unit within an established global corporation. Responsibilities * Provide support to regional Finance Managers based in Bournemouth, London and Paris, including but not limited to; * Accounts receivable; ensuring prompt payment from customers, liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries, obtaining POs and actioning follow up procedures * Accounts payable; processing and posting invoices, liaising with suppliers as required * Bank reconciliations * Ad hoc tasks as required; general administration, answering emails, checking and processing expenses * Opportunity to add additional duties as role and experience progresses, in order to further support Finance Managers * To comply with and adhere to Company policies and procedures; regarding Information Security and Data Protection Requirements * 1-3 years accounts experience * French speaker * Good Excel skills * Good communication skills, able to work in a team environment * Studying towards AAT or similar accountancy qualification Please send your CV to Suzanne@bondwilliams.co.uk Bond Williams Professional Recruitment are an equal opportunity employer and operate as an Employment Business and Recruitment Agency
