Job Description
As a Product Manager, you will be able to move with ease between the worlds of business, technology and user needs on a widely successful product with millions of monthly downloads. The ideal candidate will be a team player, take a hands-on approach and enjoy working as part of a growing team. We are looking for people who are passionate, dedicated, insightful, team-oriented and creative. Your responsibilities will include: * Analyse Product and market metrics to help determine the best roadmap in terms of new feature and product optimisation * Manage and improve product KPIs such as retention, conversion, churn and LTV * Establish a shared vision across the company on short and long term priorities. * Guide the design, implementation and analysis of new features and/or improvements to existing features * Collaborate with designers on mock-ups, usability studies and product trade-offs. * Maximise efficiency of the Engineering team while maintaining flexibility in planning and process. Requirements * Experience working with designers and developers on consumer-focused products, ideally apps or games * An understanding of how modern consumer mobile apps and games are developed * Proven data analysis skills. * Knowledge in Agile * Exceptional communication and presentation skills. * 5+ years Product / Technical / Design Management experience Benefits We are an ambitious company, so we aim high in everything we do.
