Job Description
CMA HR division are currently assisting a business near Southampton, Hampshire to recruit an HR Advisor to join them on a temporary basis. Due to a peak in workload the HR Manager is keen to bring someone on-board to assist with the day to day running of the HR department and assist with ad hoc projects. What will the role involve? * Answering day to day queries called into the department * Employee life cycle tasks including contracts of employment, back ground checks, referencing * On-boarding, off-boarding and contractual changes * Maintaining accurate employee records in line with GDPR * Support with HR projects Suitable Candidate: * Applicants will need experience working in a generalist HR role and be able to pick up tasks quickly * The ideal candidate will be approachable with a keen eye for detail and proactive attitude Additional benefits and information: * Free parking and good links via public transport Please note that although CMA are actively reviewing applications for this role, given the current situation the client recruitment process may take longer than usual.
